| The purpose of this web site is for people to practice their remote viewing skills.

| Remote viewing is a psychic technique whereby a person can see things that are at a different location. It is not generally accepted that this is a viable technique, we at Remote View Daily however, are not interested in convincing you one way or the other. This web site is set up so people can practice their remote viewing skills if they are so inclined.

| Every day at 12 noon Pacific Time a randomly selected image is moved into a hidden directory named "remoteviewtarget". This image will be the only file in that directory. Subscribers of Remote View Daily can now apply their skills and submit their answer to the server. They will have until 7:00 AM Pacific Time the next day to do so. At 11:00 AM Pacific Time the target image will be revealed on the home page, together with a report of how everyone did. All this happens mostly automatically by means of software programs that run on our server.

We have a database of all the images with their description, and a number of related words. The grading system is proprietary and secret. There are four different scores you can accomplish:
- No match, your answer does not contain any keywords relative to the target.
- Close, your answer contains keywords somewhat related to the target.
- Bullseye, your answer contains keywords that demonstrate that you had a clear view of the target.
- Magic. Your answer contains keywords that indicate that you obtained very specific knowledge about the target.

| After you log in you will be able to see all the results of the remote views that you have participated in. This may help you in developing your skills. Positive matches will also be displayed on the home page when the target is revealed.

| After you subscribe, you can indicate in your preferences how you want your results displayed publicly. The default is 'Anonymous'. You may also choose to have your user name displayed or your full name.

| No, this is a free service that is set up with the intent to create a way for people to develop their psychic skills. We welcome any donations you may want to make, but this is strictly optional.

| All we want to say is that you have your eyes closed and picture an eye in front of you, since that is part of the logo of this site. This is however the same as saying that in order to play the piano you press down certain keys with your fingers.
